How do I create an account?
You can sign up using your email or Apple Sign-In. Download Solo Fitness from the App Store and follow the onboarding steps.
How do I cancel my subscription?
  1. 1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. 2. Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top.
  3. 3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. 4. Tap Solo Fitness.
  5. 5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) → tap Subscriptions. If Solo Fitness appears there, your subscription is active. If not, open the app and it will automatically restore your purchase.
How do I connect Apple Health?
Open Solo Fitness → go to Settings → tap Health Integrations → enable Apple Health. Follow the prompts to grant permissions for the data types you want to sync.
My health data isn't syncing
Try these steps in order:
  1. 1. Open iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access → Solo Fitness and make sure all desired permissions are enabled.
  2. 2. Force close and reopen Solo Fitness.
  3. 3. Confirm your iPhone is running iOS 16 or later.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated data through either method below:

Open Solo Fitness → Settings → Account → Delete Account

Email privacy@soloinnovationshq.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"

Account deletion is permanent. All your workout history, health data, and preferences will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
